Located
in the heart of the Cheshire countryside just 17 miles from Chester,
this is the ideal location for a get away from it all break or a
one night stop over. There is plenty to see and do in the area.
Chester offers shopping, good restaurants and night life. Visit
this historical Roman city where you can walk the walls, visit the
cathedral, see the Roman ruins or take a boat trip on the river
Dee.
Visit
the towns and villages nearby, a farmer's market at Beeston or
Nantwich. The castle at Beeston or the staircase locks at Bunbury.
Enjoy the countryside, hire a bike in Delamere Forest and ride the
forest trails. This is an excellent area for outdoor pursuits such
as rambling, cycling and bird watching. There are a number of
outstanding golf courses locally such as Pryors
Hayes Golf Course. Come and do as little or as much
as you like, relax in the fresh country air and enjoy the superb
views.
Should
you be flying into the area by helicopter for a day out at Oulton
park (under 4 miles away) or Chester races, we have plenty of open
grassland for landing. We have a on site taxi service available
for your use. We also offer a great airport and railway taxi
service which includes free car parking. Liverpool and Manchester
airports are within 30 miles and Chester and Crewe railway
stations are within 15 miles.
