Rules

1. Please show consideration for other site users and respect their pitch, peace and privacy. Games should be played in the areas provided and not near the caravans.
|
|
2. Caravan
awnings must not be allowed to damage the grass. No awning is allowed on any pitch for more than seven days.
|
|
3. Only one car is allowed per pitch. Additional parking is available for extra cars. All parking must be on hard standings.
|
|
4. No excessive noise between 11p.m and 7.30 a.m.
Cars to be parked on the overflow car park if in use between
10pm and 7.30am.
|
|
5. Children must not be allowed to cause nuisance to other site users. Care should be taken that they do not cycle or play near caravans and that they do not use the toilet blocks or roadways as play areas.
|
|
6. Parents take full
responsibility of their children. The lakes are potentially very dangerous and children should be accompanied in this area.
|
|
7. Dispose of all rubbish
in the bins provided including cigarette ends.
|
|
8. No washing of caravans on site.
|
|
9. Keep pitch neat and tidy with no loose equipment outside the caravan when necessary.
|
|
10. Dogs must be kept on a lead and any fouling removed.
|
|

Deposit and Cancellation Policies

1. A £16 per
caravan non refundable deposit is required to
hold your booking.
|
|
2. In
the event that you need to cancel 2 days or less prior
to your arrival date, you will be charged 100% of the
total cost.
|
|
3. The
deposit is non refundable upon cancellation.
|
|
4.
Please
ensure you have Travel Insurance to cover your losses
if cancellation is due to an insured event beyond your
control resulting in a financial loss.

Policies

1.
A
£30 per room non refundable deposit is required
to hold your booking.
|
|
2. In the
event that you need to cancel 2 days or less prior to your arrival date, you
will be charged 80% of the total cost.

|
3.
The
deposit is non
refundable upon cancellation.
|
|
4.
Please
ensure you have Travel Insurance to cover your losses if cancellation is due
to an insured event beyond your control resulting in a financial loss.

Farm Fishery Rules
|
|
1. Opening
times will be dusk to dawn
|
|
2. A
valid fishing license must be displayed when booking in
|
|
3. Fishing
licenses are not sold onsite
|
|
4. All
fish must be returned to the lakes
|
|
5. Barbless
hooks only, maximum hook size 10
|
|
6. No
keep nets except during matches
|
|
7.
Banned Baits -
Groundbait
Paste
Floating
Baits (including bread and pellets)
Pet Food
Bloodworm,
joker peanuts and tigernuts
|
|
8. No
open ended feeders may be used
|
|
9. Chopped
worm - half a kilo limit

10. No
braided line. Minimum 6lb line

11. Fishing
only allowed of stands provided
|
|
12. Rods
and equipment must not be left unattended
|
|
13. No
radios to be played when fishing
|
|
14. No
dogs allowed around the fishery at anytime
|

15. Anyone
under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult
at all times

|
16. All
landing nets to be dipped in disinfectant tanks prior to use
(and keep nets if in fishing match)

17. No
swimming, stoves or cooking

18. Maximum
two rods per person

19. All
